Return Process

- Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include the return request number.
- Ship Your Return: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please email info@footballteamshirts.com with your order number and details of the issue.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
- For defective or damaged products, we will cover the return shipping charges.
